Coda
Account Manager

• Cultivate key partner accounts while driving total payment volume generated across the Americas & EMEA accounting for upwards of $25M+ per month in gross revenue

• Develop customized proposals and business cases for prospective clients, showcasing Coda’s many value propositions while driving interest in tailored monetization solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deliver tailored monetization solutions designed to increase partner profit margins by upwards of 20%+ per month

• Established the framework for Coda’s Custom Commerce offering, a custom designed, D2C e-commerce web store that achieved $10M+ in it's 6 month infancy

• Oversee end-to-end project execution, from strategic planning and client consultation, to product development and post-launch optimization, ensuring seamless integration based on partner requirements

Marketing & Operations Manager

• Collaborated with the exec team to devise strategic campaign directions for player acquisition and retention across studio's live game titles
• Track and analyze KPIs to pivot campaign strategies as necessary
• Orchestrated and execute multiple live streams showcasing the studio's latest projects, effectively leveraging these events as sales collateral
• Managed and maintained the studio's CRM software to efficiently track ongoing business deals, investment opportunities, and other important information
• Design and create high-quality gameplay trailers for studio's current and upcoming game titles, instrumental in driving pre-sales and generating buzz in the gaming community

• Identified and managed roster of digital influencers to promote title-specific, digital marketing initiatives that align with Jam City and relevant IP
• Worked in conjunction with internal team and talent agents to conceptualize and deliver creative concepts that produce a clear scope of work and engaging deliverables across a diverse range of channels
• Worked with the marketing team to determine content goals that speak to the specific IP's fandom
