Coda Payments

US Account Manager

• Maintain and grow key publishing accounts and drive total payment volume generated from North America
• Regularly attend industry trade events such as; GDC, DICE, GamesBeat, etc. with the intention of increasing company awareness and capturing new client business
• Conceptualize and execute on business development initiatives designed to benefit both the company and the client
• Member of the team that designed and launched a custom web store for Activison's popular mobile title: Call of Duty: Mobile. Since launch at the beginning of 2024, the store has generated over $30M USD. The store is constantly being optimized as it is offered in over 50 markets worldwide and offers support for 350+ payment methods

Marketing & Operations

• Collaborate with the exec team to devise strategic campaign directions for player acquisition and retention across studio's live game titles
• Track and analyze KPIs to pivot campaign strategies as necessary
• Orchestrate and execute multiple live streams showcasing the studio's latest projects, effectively leveraging these events as sales collateral
• Manage and maintain the studio's CRM software to efficiently track
ongoing business deals, investment opportunities, and other important information
• Edit and maintain the studio's website, ensuring that content is up-to date and visually appealing
• Design and create high-quality gameplay trailers for studio's current and upcoming game titles, instrumental in driving pre-sales and generating buzz in the gaming community

2020 - 2022

Jam City

Influencer Strategy Account Manager

• Identified and managed roster of taste-makers to promote title-specific, digital marketing initiatives that align with Jam City and relevant IP.
• Worked in conjunction with internal team and talent agents to conceptualize and deliver creative concepts that produce a clear scope of work and engaging deliverables across a diverse range of channels.
• Worked with the marketing team to determine content goals that speak to the specific IP's fandom.
• Managed, negotiated and facilitated payments for creators/agencies/ managers based on contract rates and deliverables.
• Maintained "in real time" communications with creators to ensure creative freedom and meaningful partnerships with Jam City.
• Tracked and reported on metrics from campaigns.

  • Assisted marketing team with assignments on behalf of Lexus, LIFEAID Beverage Company and The CrossFit Games.

  • Designed and implemented multiple automated messenger bots to handle online customer service questions through channels such as Facebook Messenger and Zendesk.
